Following completion of traditional rehab or at any time needed our qualified and trained staff will provide functional support to our residents to ensure they achieve or maintain their highest levels of physical ability. Our nursing team is assigned to manage the programs and services and makes adjustments and changes to our resident’s plan of care as needed. Services are provided by trained certified nursing assistants.
